The Demon Heavy Duty Axle is a direct replacement part for the rear left or right position on 2020-2022 Polaris RZR Pro XP 1000 Turbo models. Ensure your vehicle is properly jacked and supported before starting the installation. When installing, verify that the splines are clean and properly lubricated. Because these axles are designed for lifted applications, ensure your suspension geometry is correctly aligned after installation. For maintenance, periodically inspect the TPEE boots for tears or signs of leakage, and wipe away debris from the joints after heavy mud or trail use to ensure long-term boot life.
