FAQs
Does this cover fit the Condate 3x3m pergola?
No, this cover is exclusively designed for the Isla 3x3m model and is not compatible with the Condate range.
Is the frame included in this package?
No, this product includes only the replacement roof canvas.
Can I leave the canvas out during winter?
It is recommended to remove and store the canvas in a dry place during harsh winter conditions to prolong the life of the fabric.
How do I clean the roof cover?
Use a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive soap. Avoid bleach or high-pressure water cleaning.
Is the material waterproof?
The canvas is water-repellent, meaning it handles light rain effectively, but it is not intended to be fully waterproof against heavy or prolonged storms.
Troubleshooting
Canvas is difficult to slide along the rails
Check the tracks for debris, leaves, or twigs and ensure the rollers are correctly seated in the groove.
Canvas appears loose or sagging
Verify that all attachment points are fully engaged and that the fabric is pulled taut across the frame structure.
Water is pooling on the canopy
Ensure the pergola frame is perfectly level and the canvas is fully extended, as slack fabric encourages water collection.
Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward due to the sliding rail design inherent in the Isla 3x3m frame. To maintain the life of your canopy, ensure the frame is clear of debris before sliding the fabric to avoid snagging. Compatibility is strictly limited to the Isla 3x3m pergola; verify your model before purchase. For cleaning, wipe the canvas down with a damp cloth and mild soapy water as needed. Do not use harsh chemicals or pressure washers, as these may damage the water-repellent coating. Always ensure the canvas is completely dry before storing it for long periods to prevent mold or mildew growth.
