The 998 Twinwall Reed/Windham Bend Handlebars - Black is part of the latest performance motocross and enduro hardware range from Renthal. Renthal is a renowned manufacturer of high-performance motorcycle, motocross, enduro, trials and ATV components. Founded in 1969, Renthal has established itself as a leader in the industry, producing handlebars, grips, sprockets, and more. Their products are favoured by professional riders worldwide for their durability, precision engineering, and innovative design. The Twinwall consists of two aluminium alloy tubes, one within the other. This design gives the handlebar additional strength and security, making Twinwall bars the toughest motocross handlebar in the world! The outer tube is made from 7010 T73 aluminium. The revolutionary Twinwall handlebar is an oversized diameter 1 1/8” (28.6mm) handlebar which utilises two tubes, one within the other, borrowing principles from aircraft design to give the best combination of lightness, strength and safety. Bending a tube ø22, with a 2mm tube ø28, 6mm handlebar makes it virtually indestructible. The 22.2mm tube is hard anodized making it 3 to 4 times more wear resistant than conventional handlebars. Positioning the handle is provided with a laser engraving which gives a specific cue point.
