FAQs

How long does the scent last?

While it varies based on room temperature and airflow, the fragrance typically lasts for several months in a confined space.

Can I use this in my car?

It is not recommended for car use, as the heat from direct sunlight on a dashboard can melt the wax and cause it to stain surfaces.

Is the wax oval refillable?

No, the 34 boulevard Saint Germain Wax Oval is a standalone accessory and is not designed to be refilled with wax.

Will the scent transfer to my clothes?

It will impart a subtle, pleasant aroma to fabrics, but ensure the wax does not touch clothes directly to avoid any potential oil marks.

What are the primary notes in this scent?

The scent features a sophisticated blend of fresh moss, oriental spices, floral, and woody notes.

Troubleshooting

Scent is not noticeable in the wardrobe.

Ensure the space is enclosed; the scent intensity is designed for small, stagnant areas. If the space is large, consider using multiple ovals.

White ceramic ring appears dusty.

Gently clean the ceramic portion with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or liquid cleaners.

Wax feels soft or sticky.

Move the product to a cooler area immediately. Exposure to heat will accelerate fragrance evaporation and compromise the wax structure.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin using your Wax Oval, remove it from the packaging and secure it using the attached loop. Ensure the oval does not come into direct contact with delicate or light-colored fabrics to prevent potential oil staining.

Care instructions include:

Temperature Control: Keep the product away from radiators, direct sunlight, or high-heat environments to prevent the wax from softening or melting.
Maintenance: Periodically wipe the white ceramic ring with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust.
Storage: If you need to store the oval away for a period, keep it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place to retain the scent intensity.
