How do I turn Bella on and off?

There is an on/off switch, typically located near the battery compartment on the underside of the toy. Flip the switch to the 'on' position to activate and to the 'off' position to deactivate.

Can Bella be washed?

No, Bella should not be machine washed. Clean the plush surface with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry completely.

How does Bella move?

Troubleshooting

Bella does not move or make sounds.

Ensure fresh batteries are correctly installed in the battery compartment. Check that the on/off switch is in the 'on' position. Verify that the surface Bella is on is flat and free of obstructions.

Bella's tail is not wagging.

Check the battery levels, as insufficient power can affect all functions. If the issue persists, there might be an internal mechanical problem. Contact customer support if under warranty.

Bella moves erratically or stops suddenly.

Ensure Bella is on a smooth, level surface. Obstacles or uneven terrain can interfere with the movement mechanism. Clean any debris that might be stuck in the wheels or under the toy.

Sound effects are distorted or too low.

Replace the batteries with new ones. Low battery power often causes sound issues. Ensure the speakerGrille is not obstructed.
