Check that the unit is on a flat surface and ensure all assembly bolts are fully tightened.

Apply a high-quality outdoor wood oil designed for acacia timber to restore the finish and protect the grain.
Assembly of the Everwood 5-Seater is straightforward, but it is recommended to use the provided hardware and ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial build. Avoid using power tools at high speeds, as this may strip the natural wood. To maintain the set, clean the acacia frame periodically with a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt. The cushions should be hand-washed in cold water and air-dried to prevent shrinking or damage to the fabric. Because this is a natural wood product, it is essential to store the cushions in a dry, covered area during rain or winter months to prevent mold or mildew growth.
