FAQs

Can this screen be mounted on a ceiling?

Does this screen work with short-throw projectors?

Is the screen material flame retardant?

The screen is designed for standard indoor safety; check your local regulations if specific fire ratings are required for commercial use.

What are the dimensions of the screen area?

The viewing area is 160cm wide by 90cm high.

Can I leave the screen pulled down for extended periods?

Yes, but for better longevity and to prevent dust buildup, it is recommended to retract it when not in use.

Troubleshooting

Screen will not lock at the desired height

Pull the screen down a few inches further to reset the internal locking mechanism, then try again slowly.

Screen does not retract smoothly

Ensure the screen is hanging perfectly level. If the housing is tilted, it can cause the fabric to roll unevenly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation requires basic hand tools to mount the screen housing to a wall or ceiling. Ensure the surface is level to prevent the screen from hanging at an angle. The screen is compatible with nearly all standard home and office projectors, including LCD, LED, and 4K models.

Care Instructions:

Keep the screen surface free of dust by wiping it gently with a dry, soft cloth.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners which can damage the optical coating.
Never leave the screen pulled down in a high-traffic area to avoid accidental tears.
Ensure the screen is fully dry before retracting it into the casing to prevent mold or moisture damage.
