Troubleshooting
Gems are not sticking to the pen
Ensure you have pressed the tip of the pick-up pen firmly into the jelly wax to create a tacky surface.
The template is losing its stickiness
Avoid touching the adhesive surface with your fingers and keep the protective film on whenever you are not actively working on that section.
I lost some of the crystals
The kit includes extra storage bags for spare crystals, but if you lose a large amount, try to keep the work area contained to a tray to prevent them from rolling away.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin, ensure you have a clean workspace. Organize the coded crystals into the provided Ziplock bags to prevent mixing colors. Use the included wooden display base once the gem application is complete to showcase your turtle. The kit is designed for children aged 6+; adult supervision is recommended for the initial setup to ensure gems are placed accurately. To care for your finished model, avoid contact with water or excessive heat, which could affect the adhesive or the wax used to pick up the crystals.
