Product Information
Full details
The Onager was a type of catapult of ancient origin, also widespread in the Middle Ages. The Romans previously called this machine tormentum or scorpion. The catapult standing on two skids threw stone projectiles, burning charges and other objects intended to sow terror in the enemy using a long arm with a spoon. In the block model, instead of tangled ropes, a rubber band is used to pull the arm, allowing for quick and safe sieges and projectile throwing. The set includes a Roman legionnaire equipped with a helmet, armor, shield, and javelin.
