Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Prepare the wall by ensuring it is clean, dry, and smooth. Remove any old wallpaper or loose paint.
- Apply a suitable wallpaper paste to the back of the paper or directly to the wall, depending on the manufacturer's recommendation for non-woven papers.
- Hang the first strip vertically, ensuring it is level. Use a wallpaper brush or smoother to press it firmly onto the wall, removing air bubbles.
- For subsequent strips, align the pattern carefully before pasting and applying. Ensure a straight match by aligning the design elements across the seams.
- Trim excess wallpaper at the ceiling and skirting board using a sharp knife and a straight edge.
Compatibility:
This wallpaper is designed for interior walls. Ensure walls are properly primed if they are newly plastered or have been previously painted with glossy paint.
Care:
- Clean gently with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or excessive water.
- Avoid scrubbing the textured foam elements, as this can damage the finish.
- For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used sparingly, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
