Troubleshooting
Pen ink bleeds through the paper.
While unlikely with quality cardstock, if bleed-through occurs, use a pen with finer ink flow or try a different type of pen. Consider writing on a slightly thicker paper insert if the issue persists.
Card arrived damaged.
Contact the retailer or sender immediately to report the damage. If you purchased it directly, check the seller's policy on damaged goods for replacement or refund options.
Difficulty finding a suitable envelope.
Measure the card (14.9 x 22.9 cm) and search for large format envelopes specifically designed for cards of this size. Online stationery suppliers often carry a wider selection.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: No setup is required. This is a pre-printed greeting card ready for your personal message.
Compatibility:
- Writing Utensils: Compatible with most pens (ballpoint, gel, felt-tip). It's advisable to test your pen on a small, inconspicuous area if you are concerned about ink bleed-through, though the high-quality paper should minimize this.
- Envelopes: The card's dimensions (14.9 x 22.9 cm) typically require a specific size envelope, often a 15.5 x 23.5 cm or similar large format envelope, which may need to be purchased separately if not included.
Care:
- Store the card in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and material degradation.
- Handle with clean hands to avoid transferring oils or dirt onto the card surface.
- Avoid exposing the card to moisture.
