The basket can hold approximately 10.5 litres of compost, plus the weight of the plants. Ensure the support structure can bear the total weight.

Trailing plants, petunias, geraniums, calibrachoa, and herbs are excellent choices.

Water regularly, especially during hot and dry weather. Check the soil moisture daily.

Wipe the basket with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

While primarily designed for outdoor use, it can be used indoors, provided there is a way to catch water drainage and the plants receive adequate sunlight.

The hanging chain length is fixed, but you can adjust the overall hanging height by using a different hook or mounting setup.

Ensure the hanging chain and hook are securely attached to a stable support. Check that the chain is properly connected to the basket.

Check the watering schedule. Ensure the plants are getting adequate sunlight and nutrients. Consider repotting with fresh soil.

Replace the coco liner with a new one. These are available at most garden centers.
