FAQs
Will this fit any trampoline?
It is designed to fit most trampolines with enclosure poles, but please ensure your poles are sturdy enough to support the weight of the backboard.
Can I mount this on the outside of the net?
Yes, the product is designed to be versatile and can be mounted either inside or outside the safety netting.
Is the hoop durable?
The hoop is made from durable materials, but it is not meant to support the weight of a person. The breakaway feature helps protect it from damage.
Does it come with a ball?
Yes, each set includes an inflatable basketball and a manual hand pump.
How do I store it for winter?
Simply unfasten the attachments from the poles, fold the backboard if applicable, and store it in a dry, shaded area.
Troubleshooting
The backboard feels wobbly on the pole
Check the mounting straps or clamps to ensure they are tightened securely to the enclosure pole.
The rim detaches too easily
Ensure the connection points between the rim and backboard are clean and properly aligned according to the assembly instructions.
Inflatable ball losing air
Check the valve for debris and use the provided pump to re-inflate; if the leak persists, check for small punctures.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation involves securing the backboard to your existing trampoline enclosure poles using the provided mounting hardware. Always ensure the pole diameter is compatible before securing. To maintain the life of the product, store the backboard and ball indoors during winter months or extreme weather conditions to prevent degradation of the materials. When cleaning, use a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the PVC or plastic components. Always inspect the attachment points before each play session to ensure the game is securely fastened.
