Full details

The Artemis Home Whitmore Rattan Reclining Outdoor Sofa Bed is designed for homeowners looking to maximize their outdoor or conservatory living space with a piece that balances contemporary aesthetics and multi-functional utility. Troubleshooting

Backrest feels stuck or difficult to adjust

Check the hinge mechanism for any trapped debris or leaves and gently clear the area before attempting to adjust again.

Sofa feels uneven on the ground

Ensure all four legs are resting on a level, solid surface; adjust the placement of the sofa or use furniture pads if the ground is slightly sloped.

Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The unit arrives partially assembled and requires clear floor space for the final configuration. Ensure the sofa is placed on a level surface to keep the reclining mechanism operating smoothly. For care, wipe the rattan frame periodically with a damp, soft cloth to remove dust or outdoor debris. The cushions should be brought indoors during heavy rain or winter months to prolong the fabric lifespan. Periodically check that the reclining hinges remain free of debris to ensure consistent performance over time.
