The lever is fully adjustable to accommodate different hand sizes via a 10mm screw-type reach adjustment. Braking isn't ignored of course, and the power and feel of the braking has been improved, especially when riding on the hoods. In conjunction with a new cable set, the whole setup is smooth and reliable.
