FAQs

Is this bag completely waterproof or just water-resistant?

The Motocaddy Dry-Series is designed for full waterproof protection, featuring a waterproof TPU-coated nylon construction, thermo-sealed zips, and heat-welded seams to keep contents dry in all weather conditions.

How do I attach the bag to my Motocaddy trolley without a lower strap?

The bag features the EASILOCK system. Align the pins on the bag's base with the corresponding slots on the trolley's upper support. It will securely click into place, eliminating the need for a lower strap.

What is the warranty period for this golf bag?

The Motocaddy Dry-Series Golf Bag comes with a 12-month warranty.

Can I fit oversized putter grips in the dedicated putter well?

Yes, the bag includes an integrated jumbo putter well designed to accommodate putters with larger, oversized grips.

How many pockets are on this bag?

The Dry-Series bag features nine spacious pockets, including two soft-lined valuables pockets and an insulated food and beverage pocket.

What are the dimensions of the bag?

The bag measures approximately 350mm (Length) x 450mm (Width) x 930mm (Height).

What is the weight of the bag?

The bag weighs 3.20kg.

Troubleshooting

Bag not sitting securely on Motocaddy trolley.

Ensure the EASILOCK pins on the bag's base are correctly aligned with the trolley's receiving slots. Check that no debris is obstructing the connection points. Confirm you are using a compatible Motocaddy trolley model.

Water seeping into pockets despite waterproof claims.

Verify that all zips are fully closed. Check that the thermo-sealed seams are intact and not damaged. Ensure the rain hood is properly fitted when the bag is exposed to heavy rain during play or transit.

Zips are stiff or difficult to open/close.

Gently clean the zips with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or grit. You can use a silicone-based lubricant sparingly on the zip teeth if needed, ensuring it is safe for waterproof materials.

Bag feels heavier than expected.

While designed to be lightweight, the overall weight will increase with clubs and accessories. Ensure only necessary items are being carried. Check if the bag is overloaded, particularly in the larger pockets.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Exceptional waterproof performance for all weather conditions.
Lightweight construction makes it easy to transport.
Excellent club organization with 14 full-length dividers.
Ample and thoughtfully designed storage pockets.
Secure and convenient integration with Motocaddy trolleys via EASILOCK.

Cons

May be a higher investment compared to non-waterproof bags.
While durable, TPU coating may require specific care to maintain its finish.
Specific to Motocaddy trolleys for full EASILOCK benefit.
Nine pockets might be excessive for golfers who prefer minimal gear.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

EASILOCK System: To attach to a Motocaddy trolley, align the bag's base pins with the corresponding slots on the trolley's upper support. The bag will click securely into place. Ensure the lower strap is not needed if using EASILOCK.
Rain Hood: Attach the included waterproof rain hood to protect clubs during transport or adverse weather.

Compatibility:

Trolleys: Fully compatible with all Motocaddy trolleys featuring the EASILOCK system. For trolleys without EASILOCK, it can be secured using a standard trolley strap (not included).
Storage: Designed to hold a full set of 14 golf clubs. Check pocket dimensions for specific accessory sizes if needed.

Care:

Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the TPU coating. Allow the bag to air dry completely if it becomes wet.
Zips: Periodically check the thermo-sealed zips for debris. Gently clean with a soft brush if necessary to ensure smooth operation.
Storage: Store in a dry place when not in use to prolong the life of the materials.
