Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This is a built-in unit, requiring professional installation to ensure proper electrical connection and integration into your kitchen cabinetry. Ensure the installation compartment dimensions for both the oven and hob are met as per the manufacturer's specifications.
Compatibility: The induction hob requires cookware with a magnetic base. Pots and pans made of cast iron, stainless steel, or enamelled steel typically work well. Check if your existing cookware is induction-compatible by testing it with a magnet – if the magnet sticks firmly to the base, it should work.
Care - Oven:
- Pyrolytic Cleaning: For deep cleaning, select the pyrolytic cleaning function. Ensure the oven is empty of racks and accessories. Allow the cycle to complete and the oven to cool fully before wiping away the ash residue.
- Interior Surfaces: For routine cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, especially on the enamel surfaces.
- Door Glass: The inner door glass can be removed for easier cleaning. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions.
Care - Hob:
- Surface: Wipe the glass-ceramic surface with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner after each use, especially after spills.
- Spills: Wipe up spills immediately to prevent them from hardening onto the surface.
- Control Panel: Clean the touch control panel with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
