FAQs

Can I use these on white clothes?

These are formulated for colours. While they will clean whites, they do not contain the optical brighteners found in dedicated 'Non-Bio' or 'White' versions.

Are these safe for sensitive skin?

Persil offers specific 'Sensitive' or 'Non-Bio' ranges for those with skin sensitivities; this version contains fragrances and enzymes.

Do I need to add fabric conditioner?

The capsules provide a deep clean, but you can certainly add your preferred fabric conditioner or scent booster for extra softness.

How many capsules should I use for a large load?

Use one capsule for standard loads and two capsules for larger loads or heavily soiled items.

Can I use these for hand washing?

No, these are formulated for use in machine drums. They may not dissolve correctly in a hand-washing basin.

Capsule residue left on clothing

Ensure the capsule is placed at the back of the drum before loading clothes; avoid overloading the machine.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These capsules are fully compatible with all standard front-loading and top-loading washing machines. Always follow the garment care label before washing to ensure the fabric is suitable for machine cleaning. Store the pack in a cool, dry place and ensure the container is sealed tightly to prevent the outer film of the capsules from dissolving due to humidity. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times as the concentrated contents can be harmful if ingested.
