Can I use heavy boxing gloves with this?

The set includes junior gloves designed for this pad; using very heavy, professional-grade boxing gloves may accelerate wear on the sensor surface.

How do I secure the unit to the wall?

The product includes a wall-mounting kit that utilizes adhesive backing, eliminating the need to drill holes.

Are batteries included in the box?

No, you will need to purchase four AA batteries separately to power the unit.

Is the sound quality good?

The unit features built-in stereo surround sound, which is optimized for providing high-energy motivation during your workout.

Can this be used outdoors?

The unit is designed for indoor use. Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight may damage the internal electronics.

Troubleshooting

Device will not pair via Bluetooth

Ensure the device is within 10 meters of the phone and that no other devices are currently connected to the pad.

LED lights are not responding to music

Check that the volume on your music source is set high enough for the sensors to detect the beat, or try a song with a more prominent drum bass line.

Unit falls off the wall

Clean the mounting surface with rubbing alcohol to remove dust and grease before reapplying the adhesive mounts.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your device, install four fresh AA batteries into the designated compartment. Use the included non-drill mounting kit to adhere the unit to a smooth, flat wall surface, ensuring it is at a comfortable height for your punches. To connect your music, navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your device, search for the pad, and pair.

For maintenance, wipe the pad surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each workout to remove sweat and oils. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the LED light housing or the finish of the padding. If you are not planning to use the device for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent corrosion.
