FAQs

How do I use the Colour Catcher Sheets?

Simply add a sheet to the drum of your washing machine with your laundry and detergent. Run your usual wash cycle.

Can I use Colour Catcher Sheets with all types of fabrics?

Yes, Colour Catcher Sheets are safe to use with all fabrics, at all temperatures.

How many sheets should I use per load?

Use one sheet per load of laundry. For loads with items known to bleed a lot of color, two sheets can be used.

Are the sheets reusable?

No, Colour Catcher Sheets are designed for single use. Dispose of the sheet after each wash.

Are the sheets environmentally friendly?

Yes, the sheets are made of 100% naturally-derived & bio-degradable fibres and the packaging is FSC certified, made of 100% recycled paper and fully recyclable.

What happens to the color absorbed by the sheet?

The sheet traps the loose dye particles, preventing them from transferring to other clothes. The captured color stays within the sheet and is disposed of with the sheet after the wash.

Troubleshooting

Clothes still have color run issues.

Ensure the sheet was used correctly, and the load wasn't overloaded. For items known to bleed a lot of color, consider using two sheets.

Sheet didn't collect any color.

This could mean there was little to no color bleeding in that particular wash. Ensure the sheet was placed correctly in the drum.
