Troubleshooting
Cover does not fit snugly
Ensure you have the correct cover for your specific Absolute 5G seatbox model. Check that no straps or parts of the seatbox are obstructing a full fit. Re-drape the cover carefully, ensuring it is centered.
Water seems to be penetrating the cover
Inspect the cover for any tears or holes. If damage is found, the cover may need replacement. Ensure the cover is correctly positioned and all seams are aligned.
Cover material feels stiff or brittle
This can sometimes happen if the cover has been stored improperly or exposed to extreme temperatures. Try conditioning the material gently with a suitable fabric protector (ensure it's compatible with water-resistant materials) and store in a moderate environment.
