FAQs

Can I use the mat on my bed?

It is recommended to use the mat on a firm, flat surface like the floor to ensure proper support and maximum effectiveness of the stretching motion.

How long should I use the mat each day?

You can use the mat for 10, 20, or 30-minute sessions. Listen to your body and start with shorter sessions until you are comfortable with the intensity.

Does the mat come with a warranty?

Please check the included manual or the documentation provided by the retailer for warranty details specific to your purchase region.

Can I use the heating feature without the massage programs?

The heating zones are designed to work in conjunction with the motion programs to enhance the therapeutic benefits of the stretching.

Is this safe for people with back injuries?

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, chronic back pain, or a history of injury, please consult your physician before using the MotionSolution Mat.

Troubleshooting

The mat does not inflate or heat up.

Check that the power adapter is firmly connected to both the mat and the wall outlet. Ensure the power button on the remote is activated.

The stretching sensation feels too intense.

Switch to a less intensive program or remove the lumbar support cushion to reduce the depth of the stretch.

Remote control is unresponsive.

Verify the cable connection between the remote and the mat. If the connection is secure, ensure the unit is powered on.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the device, connect the provided adapter to the base of the mat and plug it into a standard wall outlet. Ensure the mat is laid completely flat on the floor before sitting or lying down.

To maintain the longevity of the device, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove sweat or dust. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or submerge the mat in water. When not in use, the mat folds easily for storage under a bed or in a closet. Always store the remote control in a safe place to prevent damage to the cord.
