No formal dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes as you will be walking through a working brewery environment.
The experience is centered around beer tasting, so it is best suited for those who consume alcohol. Please contact the venue directly to see if they can offer non-alcoholic alternatives.
The total duration typically lasts around 90 minutes, though this can vary depending on group size and questions.
It is recommended to bring a printed copy or have a digital version clearly visible on your smartphone for the host to scan.
Most areas of the brewery are accessible, but it is best to contact the venue directly when booking to ensure your specific needs can be accommodated.
The experience excludes Saturdays and slots fill up quickly; try booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure a weekday or Sunday spot.
Visit the Virgin Experience Days website and navigate to the 'My Voucher' section to link your voucher and view the specific calendar for this brewery.
To participate, ensure you have your Virgin Experience Days voucher ready when booking your time slot through the provided online portal. Because the experience takes place in a working brewery, guests are required to follow all health and safety instructions provided by the staff, including avoiding restricted areas. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure a smooth check-in process. Since this is an alcohol-related experience, all guests must bring a valid government-issued ID to verify they are at least 18 years of age. If you have specific dietary requirements regarding the ingredients used in the beer, contact the brewery in advance of your booking date.
