Where are these mugs made?
Every mug is designed and hand-pressed in our dedicated UK studio.
What is the capacity of the mug?
The mug is a standard size, ideal for a regular serving of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
Can I use abrasive cleaners on the mug?
It is not recommended to use abrasive cleaners or steel wool as they can damage the finish and the printed design.
Troubleshooting
Stubborn coffee or tea stains inside the blue rim
Create a paste of baking soda and water, gently rub the stained area with a soft cloth, and rinse thoroughly.
Print appears dull after long-term use
Ensure you are using a standard rinse aid in your dishwasher, which helps prevent mineral buildup that can mask the design's brightness.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This mug arrives ready for immediate use; simply wash it with soap and water before the first beverage. It is fully compatible with standard dishwasher detergents and cycle temperatures. To ensure the longest possible life for the ceramic glaze, avoid using abrasive scrubbing pads that could scratch the surface or the printed quote. If hand washing, use a soft sponge and mild dish soap to keep the light blue interior looking fresh and free from heavy tea or coffee tannins.
