Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Installation typically involves cutting the splashback to the desired size using appropriate tools (e.g., a fine-tooth saw for aluminium). It is then adhered to the wall using a strong, heat-resistant adhesive recommended for kitchen splashbacks. Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and smooth before application.
Compatibility:
This splashback is designed for use on standard interior walls in kitchens, laundries, and utility rooms. It is suitable for placement behind electric or gas hobs (always consult hob manufacturer guidelines for minimum clearance distances). It is not recommended for direct contact with open flames or as a countertop surface.
Care:
Clean the surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the metallic finish. For stubborn marks, use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for metallic surfaces.
