Use the quick belt change system. Release the tension lever, remove the old belt, and slide the new belt onto the rollers. Then, re-engage the tension lever.
The sander uses 76 x 457mm sanding belts.
Use the tracking adjustment control knob to align the belt. Make small adjustments while the sander is running until the belt is centered.
Always wear safety glasses and a dust mask. Ensure the workpiece is secure, and avoid applying excessive pressure. Unplug the sander before changing belts or performing maintenance.
Empty the dust bag frequently to maintain efficient dust extraction. Empty it when it is approximately half full.
The sander includes 20 assorted grit belts: 4 x 40 Grit, 4 x 60 Grit, 4 x 80 Grit, 4 x 100 Grit, and 4 x 120 Grit.
The rated input power is 730W.
Check the power connection and ensure the plug is properly inserted into the outlet. Verify the outlet is working. Also, check the fuse in the plug and replace it if necessary.
Adjust the tracking control to align the belt. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on adjusting the tracking.
Check the sanding belt for damage or uneven wear. Replace the belt if necessary. Ensure the workpiece is securely held in place.
Check the condition of the sanding belt. A worn or clogged belt will reduce sanding efficiency. Replace the belt and ensure you are using the correct grit for the task.
