While primarily designed for bare metal underbodies, it can be applied over existing, sound underbody coatings. Ensure compatibility with any existing finishes before full application.

For optimal performance, apply the aerosol in temperatures between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F).

Coverage varies based on application thickness and surface area. One 500ml can typically covers a significant portion of a car's underbody with a standard coat.

This product is designed to provide corrosion prevention directly. However, for heavily rusted areas, removing loose rust and treating with a rust converter before application is advisable for best results.

Wash hands with soap and water. For stubborn residue, use a solvent-based cleaner, but always test on a small, inconspicuous area first and use with caution.

Ensure the can is shaken adequately for at least two minutes. If blockage is suspected, try clearing the nozzle by inverting the can and spraying. Check that the nozzle is clean and properly attached.

Maintain a consistent distance of 20-30cm from the surface. Apply in thin, even coats rather than one heavy coat. Allow proper drying time between coats.

Verify that the surface was thoroughly cleaned and dried before application. Ensure all grease, dirt, and loose rust were removed. Surface temperature should be within the recommended range for application.

Ensure adequate coats were applied and allowed to cure fully. Protect the treated area from excessive abrasive contact until fully hardened. Reapply if necessary.
