FAQs

Is the size adjustable?

Yes, the cap features an adjustable closure to accommodate a range of adult head sizes comfortably.

Is this suitable for summer wear?

Yes, silk is a natural, breathable fiber that can be comfortable in warmer weather, provided it is kept dry.

Will the color fade in the sun?

Silk can be sensitive to prolonged UV exposure. It is recommended to avoid leaving the cap in direct, harsh sunlight for extended periods.

What is the primary material?

This model is crafted from high-quality silk, offering a premium texture and finish.

Troubleshooting

Visible lint or dust on the surface

Use a dedicated soft-bristle garment brush or a clean, low-tack lint roller to gently remove debris.

Creasing or loss of structure

Stuff the crown with acid-free tissue paper and let it sit in a cool, dry area to help the fabric regain its original form.

Pros and Cons

Silk fabric is more delicate than cotton or polyester
Not intended for heavy-duty sports or outdoor exercise
Requires professional or careful hand cleaning only

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your silk baseball cap, avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these can permanently damage the fabric's integrity and sheen. If the cap becomes slightly dusty, use a soft, dry lint roller. For minor spot cleaning, use a very slightly dampened soft cloth to gently dab the area, then allow it to air dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight. Store the cap on a head-form or a clean surface to maintain the shape of the crown and the curve of the brim when not in use.
