FAQs

Can I use these bowls under a broiler?

Yes, they are heat resistant up to 300°C, making them suitable for most standard oven and broiler applications.

Are these bowls freezer safe?

While the ceramic is durable, it is not specifically designed for freezer-to-oven transitions. Always allow items to reach room temperature before heating.

Does the set include lids?

No, this is a set of six open bowls designed for serving and preparation.

Will the colors fade over time?

The high-quality enamel coating is designed to be color-fast and resistant to fading, even with regular dishwasher use.

Can I use metal utensils with these bowls?

While the enamel is durable, it is best to use wooden or silicone utensils to prevent potential surface scratching over many years of use.

Troubleshooting

Food residue stuck to the interior enamel

Soak the bowl in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes before using a non-abrasive sponge to gently clean the surface.

Water spots after dishwasher cycle

Ensure the dishwasher is loaded properly to allow water drainage and use a rinse aid, or hand dry with a soft lint-free towel.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Elegant pastel color palette enhances table presentation
Stackable design saves valuable kitchen storage space
Highly versatile for oven, microwave, and dishwasher use
Durable enamel coating resists staining and scratching
Excellent heat retention properties

Cons

Ceramic material can break if dropped on hard surfaces

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before first use, wash the bowls in warm, soapy water to ensure they are clean. While the set is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain the long-term brilliance of the enamel finish. When using in the oven, avoid placing cold bowls directly into a preheated oven at maximum temperature to prevent thermal shock; allow the ceramic to adjust to temperature changes gradually. The bowls are fully compatible with microwave reheating and can be placed in the refrigerator for cold food preparation.
