Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Preparation: Before you start, ensure you have a level surface for the shed. Gather all the tools and parts, and lay them out.
- Assembly: Follow the detailed, easy-to-read instructions provided. The shed comes flat-packed with all the necessary fixings. Each panel of the shed is fully framed, and the shiplap cladding is double nailed for extra rigidity. The door provides good width for ease of access for larger items.
- Positioning: The single braced and ledged door allows the shed to be positioned against an existing building or other structure, maximizing space.
Compatibility
The shed is compatible with various garden types. Ensure the chosen location has sufficient space and a level surface.
Care
- Regular Inspection: Inspect the shed regularly for any signs of damage or wear and tear.
- Cleaning: Clean the shed periodically with a mild soap and water solution.
- Treatment: As the shed is made from pressure-treated timber, it requires minimal treatment. However, you can apply a wood preservative to extend the lifespan of the shed.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation to prevent moisture build-up inside the shed.
