Troubleshooting
Lid does not close securely
Ensure there are no obstructions on the rim of the box or the lid. Check that the lid is correctly aligned before attempting to clip the handles.
Plastic appears discolored or brittle
This storage box is made from a special grade of high-impact plastic designed for durability. Extreme prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may affect plastic over time. Store away from direct UV sources if possible.
Clip lock handles are stiff
Gently flex the handles back and forth. If stiffness persists, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant applied to the pivot points may help, but ensure it does not come into contact with stored items.
