Troubleshooting

The zipper is difficult to open or close

Ensure no fabric or interior contents are caught in the teeth; if it persists, gently rub a graphite pencil lead along the zipper teeth to lubricate them.

The clip has become loose

Check if the spring tension is obstructed by debris. If the clip remains loose, avoid hanging heavy items from it.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply press the metal spring-clip to attach the charm to the external D-ring or zipper pull of your primary bag. To maintain the appearance of the faux leather, wipe the surface gently with a soft, damp cloth if it becomes dusty or soiled. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or submerging the item in water, as this may damage the appliqué or internal zipper mechanism. When not in use, store the charm in a cool, dry place to ensure the material stays supple and the hardware remains free of oxidation.
