FAQs

Does this mat need to be plugged into an outlet?

No, the mat uses self-cooling gel technology and requires no electricity or batteries.

Can I put the mat in the freezer?

It is recommended to use the refrigerator instead of the freezer. Extremely low temperatures may damage the integrity of the cooling gel.

Is the mat waterproof?

Yes, the mat features a waterproof surface that is designed to be resistant to spills and easy to wipe clean.

What happens if my pet bites the mat?

If the mat is punctured and the gel is exposed, you should stop using it immediately to prevent your pet from ingesting the material.

Can this be used for both cats and dogs?

Yes, the mat is suitable for both dogs and cats of appropriate size.

How do I store the mat when not in use?

The mat is foldable and can be tucked away in a cool, dry place like a closet or drawer.

Troubleshooting

The mat does not feel cold anymore.

The gel may have reached the same temperature as your pet. Move the mat to a cooler area or place it in the refrigerator for a short period to recharge.

The surface is dirty or has pet hair.

Simply wipe the waterproof surface with a damp cloth or a gentle pet-safe cleaning wipe.

My pet is scratching at the mat.

While durable, the mat is not chew-proof. If your pet is destructive, supervise them during use and consider training them to lie on the mat rather than play with it.
