This large stone cast gorilla sculpture is designed for homeowners, garden enthusiasts, and office decorators looking for a robust, high-impact focal point that blends wildlife aesthetics with structural durability. Its primary benefit is its heavy-duty concrete construction and intricate hand-finished detail, which provides a realistic and commanding presence in any environment. However, prospective buyers should note that its substantial weight of 35 kg makes it a permanent fixture that is difficult to reposition once placed.

Yes, being made of high-quality stone cast, it is designed to withstand typical UK weather, including frost.
Yes, it is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, regular cleaning will help maintain its appearance.
No, the sculpture arrives as a single, solid piece and requires no assembly.
The statue is hand-finished for a realistic, textured look on all sides, making it ideal for placement where it can be viewed from multiple angles.
While it can be painted with masonry paint, we recommend keeping it in its original hand-finished grey state to maintain its artistic, stone-like aesthetic.
Due to its 35 kg weight, we recommend lifting from the base using gloves for a better grip, or using a heavy-duty trolley to transport it to its desired location.
This is likely efflorescence, a natural occurrence in concrete. Gently scrub with a dry brush or a very mild vinegar solution and rinse thoroughly.
Use a specialized stone cleaner or a mild soapy water solution with a soft nylon brush to gently remove growth without damaging the finish.
Setup for this piece is straightforward but requires caution due to its weight. We recommend having two people assist when placing the statue to prevent injury or damage to flooring. Ensure your chosen location is level to prevent the sculpture from tilting. Regarding care, use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth to remove dust or accumulated dirt. If placed outdoors, you may periodically apply a clear, breathable concrete sealer to protect the finish from moisture ingress or frost damage during winter months. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or power washers, as these can strip the hand-finished details.
