Product Information

Full details

The Activo Greenhouse Play Tent is designed for children who enjoy immersive role-play and creative adventure, offering a spacious environment that encourages social interaction and imaginative storytelling. Its primary benefit is the quick, tool-free pop-up assembly, which makes it highly portable for both indoor and outdoor use. A notable caveat is that while the tent is suitable for gardens, it is made of lightweight materials and should not be left out in harsh weather or high winds.

FAQs

Can the tent be left outside overnight?

It is not recommended. The tent is lightweight and moisture may damage the fabric or internal frame if left out in rain or heavy dew.

How many children can fit inside at once?

The dimensions allow for two to three small children to play comfortably inside depending on their size.

Does it require tools to assemble?

No, the pop-up design is self-supporting and requires no tools.

What are the exact dimensions?

The tent measures 95cm in length, 72cm in width, and 102cm in height.

Is the fabric machine washable?

No, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the integrity of the pop-up frame.

Can the tent be used on gravel or concrete?

While it can sit on these surfaces, it is best to place it on a soft surface like grass or a rug to prevent wear and tear on the bottom fabric.

Troubleshooting

Tent frame is folded incorrectly

Lay the tent flat and look for the structural seams, gently guiding the tensioned wire back into its original circular fold pattern.

Tent is sliding on smooth floors

Place the tent on a rug or mat to provide extra friction and prevent it from shifting during active play.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: To assemble, remove the tent from the carry bag and allow the tensioned frame to expand into its shape. No additional connectors or tools are required. To fold away, gently twist the frame following the creases until it collapses back into a flat disk.

Compatibility: This tent is designed for children's indoor and outdoor play. It is compatible with most standard playroom sizes and patio spaces.

Care: Clean the tent by wiping the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure the tent is completely dry before storing it in the carry bag to prevent mildew or fabric damage. Keep away from heat sources and open flames.
