Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the statue is straightforward: choose a flat, level surface to prevent tipping, such as a patio stone, concrete paver, or a compacted patch of earth. If placing it in a windy area, consider using landscape adhesive or a small stake to secure the base to the ground. For long-term care, rinse the bird feeder bowl regularly with mild soap and water to prevent algae buildup or mold if used for water. During harsh winter months, while the material is designed for outdoor use, you may choose to move the statue to a garage or shed if you live in an area with extreme freeze-thaw cycles to keep the finish looking its best for longer.
