This narrow chest of drawers is ideal for individuals seeking elegant and functional storage solutions in compact spaces. Its key benefit lies in maximizing storage capacity within a small footprint, perfect for alcoves or behind doors. A potential caveat is the assembly required, though it's designed for simplicity. The Lovere collection features a pleasing, simple design crafted from responsibly sourced solid wood and veneers, with a hand-finished eco-friendly off-white lacquer body and hand-waxed top for a country aesthetic. It offers five equal-sized drawers for storing underwear, socks, folded clothes, and accessories, all topped by a sturdy 3cm thick solid wood frame.

Can I choose the handle design?

Yes, the chest comes with metal handles that are available in three different design choices, allowing you to customize the look to your preference.

What type of wood is used?

What is the finish on the top surface?

Is the off-white color consistent across the entire unit?

The body of the unit is finished with an eco-friendly water-based off-white lacquer, while the top features a hand-waxed finish. Both contribute to the overall aesthetic.

Troubleshooting

Drawers are stiff or difficult to open/close.

Check if the drawer runners are aligned correctly and free of obstructions. Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Gently push the drawer back in and try again.

The unit wobbles.

Verify that all assembly screws are tightened securely. Ensure the chest is placed on a flat, even floor. Check if any protective feet are uneven and adjust if necessary.

Surface finish appears dull or scratched.

For the lacquered body, use a mild furniture polish suitable for painted surfaces. For the waxed top, apply a specialized furniture wax following the product instructions.

Missing hardware during assembly.

Double-check all packaging materials. If parts are confirmed missing, contact customer support with your order details and a list of the missing items.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The chest of drawers is designed for easy home assembly. Ensure you have a clear space to work and follow the included step-by-step instructions carefully. All necessary hardware is typically provided. It is recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver available.

Compatibility: This unit is designed for indoor use. Its narrow design makes it compatible with most standard room sizes and configurations. The metal handles can be chosen from three available designs during purchase to match your existing decor.

Care: To maintain the finish, wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the lacquer and wax finish.
