The 5 Star Office Value Ballpoint Pen is designed for high-volume users, including office professionals, students, and home organizers who need a reliable, everyday writing instrument. The primary caveat to consider is that these pens are designed for standard daily utility rather than professional drafting or artistic calligraphic work.
