Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before installation, always unplug your breadmaker and ensure the inner pan is cooled completely. Align the D-shaped hole of the paddle with the drive shaft and press down until it sits flush. Care for the paddle involves hand-washing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scouring pads, as these will damage the non-stick coating and lead to dough sticking in future cycles. If the paddle becomes stuck in the finished loaf, soak the bread in warm water for a few minutes to soften the crust, then gently remove the paddle using a plastic spatula.
