The Durable Waste Basket with Ashtray Safe Round is designed for business owners, facility managers, and office administrators looking for a reliable way to manage smoking waste while maintaining fire safety standards. Its primary benefit is a specialized self-extinguishing lid that effectively smothers flames, making it ideal for designated smoking zones or building entrances; however, users should note it is intended for sheltered outdoor areas rather than completely exposed, high-wind locations.

It is designed for sheltered outdoor use. While the material is durable, it should not be placed in areas subject to heavy rain or flooding.
Frequency depends on usage volume. In high-traffic areas, it is recommended to empty both the ashtray and the inner bin daily.
Yes, this bin is suitable for internal use, especially in break rooms or designated indoor smoking lounges.
The bin holds 17 litres of waste and includes a separate 2-litre capacity specifically for the ashtray.
The material is fire-resistant, and the design specifically uses the lid to smother internal flames by preventing oxygen circulation.
No, this model is designed to be free-standing. Ensure it is placed in a stable, low-wind area.
Check that the inner container is pushed down fully and not catching on the rim of the outer bin.
Remove the top section and use a brush to clear ash or debris from the extinguishing aperture.
Ensure the bin is placed on a completely flat floor surface; if it persists, check if the base of the unit has been dented.
Setup is straightforward: place the bin on a flat, level, and sheltered surface. It arrives ready to use with no complex assembly required. To maintain the unit, simply lift the top lid to access the removable inner waste bucket. The ashtray section should be emptied separately to ensure debris does not spill into the main waste area. Periodically wipe the silver aluminium surface with a damp cloth to maintain its appearance. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners that could scratch the metal finish. Always ensure the inner container is correctly seated to allow the lid mechanism to seal properly.
