The Uxcell M4 x 20mm Fully Threaded Rods are essential hardware components designed for DIY enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professionals who require reliable, long-term fastening solutions for assembly projects. These rods provide a continuous threaded surface ideal for securing components into tapped holes or threaded nuts, though they are specifically sized for smaller applications, which may limit their utility in heavy-duty industrial load-bearing scenarios.

These rods are M4, meaning they have a nominal thread diameter of 4mm.
The package contains 20 individual fully threaded rods.
Yes, they can be cut to shorter lengths using a standard hacksaw or bolt cutter, though you should clean the threads after cutting.
These are designed for assembly and fastening projects, not for high-load structural construction or overhead lifting.
The rods feature a silver tone finish applied to their metallic base material to provide a clean appearance and basic protection.
Check the nut for burrs or debris, and ensure the nut is also a standard M4 metric size.
Apply a mild thread-locking compound to the threads before installation or use a lock washer to secure the assembly.
To ensure the best performance, always match these rods with compatible M4 metric nuts. During installation, avoid overtightening, as the M4 size is intended for small-scale fastening. If the rod is being installed in a permanent assembly, consider using a thread-locking compound to prevent loosening due to vibration. Keep the rods dry to maintain the integrity of the silver tone finish, and clean with a dry cloth periodically if they are used in a dusty workshop environment.
