Troubleshooting
Bowl does not hold its shape when expanded.
Ensure the rim is pulled up evenly. The fabric is designed to provide structure when slightly damp or when filled, but may require support on uneven surfaces.
Water leaks through the fabric.
The welded construction is waterproof. Check seams and fabric for any punctures or tears. If damage is present, the bowl may need replacement.
Difficulty folding the bowl flat.
Ensure all food or water is removed and the bowl is dry. Gently press the rim down and fold it in half, then continue to flatten.
