Troubleshooting

Mat doesn't fold neatly

Ensure all mud and debris are cleared from the folds. Allow the mat to dry completely before attempting to fold it for storage.

Padding seems compressed after heavy use

Allow the mat to rest unfolded for 24 hours to let the foam regain its full loft. Avoid prolonged storage in a tightly compressed state.

Surface becomes difficult to clean

Use a soft brush with mild soap and water to gently scrub the surface. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.
