The ULANZI SC-02 4.5" Camera Car Suction Cup Mount is designed for filmmakers and content creators who require a reliable, high-stability mounting solution for capturing dynamic footage from smooth, non-porous surfaces like car glass or metal panels. It offers professional-grade suction power and precise positioning for cameras ranging from action cams to DSLRs, though users must be diligent about surface preparation and payload limits to ensure gear safety during transit.

The mount supports a maximum payload of 3kg.
No, the suction cup requires a smooth, non-porous surface to function correctly; matte or textured surfaces will prevent a vacuum seal.
Monitor the clear safety indicator; if the red warning line appears, the mount needs to be pumped again immediately.
No, a secondary safety tether is not included and must be purchased separately.
The SC-02 is designed specifically for flat, non-porous surfaces. It will not work on highly curved or irregular surfaces.
Pull over safely, inspect the surface for debris, re-clean if necessary, and re-pump the vacuum until the safety indicator confirms a secure hold.
Clean the surface and the rubber cup thoroughly, then pump the vacuum button again until the line disappears.
Ensure the surface is not porous or textured, as the vacuum seal requires a perfectly smooth interface to hold pressure.
Verify that all adjustment knobs on the quick-release arm are tightened securely before driving.
To set up the mount, ensure the target surface is thoroughly cleaned with a microfiber cloth and is free of wax, grease, or dirt. Place the cup on the surface, press the vacuum button repeatedly until the red warning line is hidden, and confirm a solid attachment. The mount is compatible with standard 1/4" screw interfaces used by most modern cameras. For care, keep the rubber suction pad clean and store it with the protective cover to maintain surface elasticity. Always remove the mount when the vehicle is stationary for long periods to preserve the rubber seal and avoid leaving marks on paintwork.
