FAQs
Does the desk include a warranty?
Please consult your original point-of-purchase documentation for specific warranty terms regarding your Impulse desk.
Can I assemble this desk alone?
While technically possible, it is strongly advised to have two people to assemble the unit safely and avoid damaging the components.
What is the weight capacity of the desk?
The desk is built with high-quality steel-to-steel fixings and a thick top, suitable for standard office equipment such as computers and peripherals.
How do I clean the white surface?
Use a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or abrasive scouring pads.
Are the legs height-adjustable for sit-stand use?
The legs feature adjustable leveling feet to ensure a flat surface, but this model is not designed as an active sit-stand height-adjustable desk.
What materials are used for the edges?
The desk features 2mm ABS protective edging, which is highly resistant to impact and wear.
Troubleshooting
The desk feels wobbly after assembly.
Adjust the leveling feet located at the bottom of each leg until the desk is flush with the floor.
Cable ports are loose.
Gently press the cable port cap into the recess; if it continues to shift, ensure no thick cables are forcing the cap upward.
Fixings are loose or rattling.
Re-tighten the steel-to-steel fasteners with the appropriate hex key to restore structural rigidity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Due to the weight of the 25mm melamine top, it is strongly recommended that two people assemble the desk. Ensure you have ample floor space and a soft surface (like a carpet or the shipping cardboard) to assemble the desk upside down before flipping it into position.
Compatibility
This desk is designed for standard office chairs. Its 1600mm width is compatible with most under-desk pedestals or mobile storage units.
Care
To maintain the white melamine surface, wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals which may damage the 2mm ABS edging or the melamine finish. Periodically check the steel-to-steel fixings to ensure they remain tight, especially after the first few months of use.
