Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation of the Baxi Assure 524 should be performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer to ensure safety and compliance with building regulations. When planning the setup, remember to specify the appropriate flue system (horizontal or vertical) based on the boiler's location relative to the exterior wall. Periodic maintenance is essential; an annual service by a professional is recommended to maintain the efficiency of the heat exchanger and to validate the manufacturer's guarantee. Keep the area around the unit clear of clutter to allow for proper ventilation and easy access to the controls.
