Troubleshooting
Drawer sticking or difficult to open/close
Ensure there are no obstructions within the drawer runners. Check if the table is on a level surface. Sometimes, minor adjustments to the drawer's position or gentle lubrication of the runners can help.
Uneven surface or wobble
Verify that the coffee table is placed on a perfectly flat and stable floor. If the floor is uneven, consider using small shims under the table legs to level it.
Visible imperfections in the wood
These are characteristic of reclaimed wood and are not defects. Embrace these natural features, such as knots and grain variations, as they contribute to the table's unique charm and character.
Damage during transit
Inspect the table upon delivery. If any damage is noted, contact the retailer immediately with photographic evidence to arrange for a resolution under the warranty.
