Full details
General purpose sealant for gaps up to 0.25mm, with a temperature resistance up to 150C. Ideal for use on rigid metal parts and flanges, such as cast iron components and pump housings. This product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces, providing immediate resistance to low pressures after assembly. It's commonly used as a form-in-place gasket on rigid flanged connections. The formulation of LOCTITE 574 minimizes the migration of liquid product after application, offers high oil tolerance, and exhibits excellent resistance to water and glycol.
