The Klein Tools 5143 Canvas Tapered-Bottom Bag is an essential utility accessory for electricians, technicians, and DIY enthusiasts who need a rugged, portable storage solution for small tools and hardware. Its primary advantage is the innovative tapered bottom that keeps contents centered and accessible, though users should note that the 6.5-inch diameter may be limiting for larger power tools or bulkier equipment.

The bag is constructed from high-quality, durable No. 10 canvas.
Because the bag is 8 inches tall, long screwdrivers may protrude significantly from the top. It is better suited for smaller hand tools and fasteners.
No, the canvas material is not waterproof and may absorb moisture if left in wet conditions.
The bag features two interior pockets for organizing small components.
The bag has a diameter of 6.5 inches.
Yes, the integrated snap clip is designed to attach easily to most standard tool belts and organizational loops.
Check the hinge for any debris or construction grit. If the spring mechanism remains weak, replace the carabiner or clip to ensure the bag does not detach unexpectedly.
The bag is designed to be flexible. If it becomes distorted, manually adjust the canvas fabric at the base and avoid overloading the bag with tools that exceed the 6.5-inch diameter.
This bag requires no assembly; simply attach the snap clip to your preferred gear belt or bag loop to begin. To ensure longevity, keep the bag away from sharp, jagged metal that could compromise the integrity of the No. 10 canvas. If the bag becomes soiled, gently brush off loose debris or spot clean with mild soap and water, then allow it to air dry completely before further use. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this may degrade the structural canvas fibers and the snap clip attachment point.
