FAQs

How often should I clean the filters?

Clean the pre-filter every two weeks, or more frequently if the unit is used in a dusty environment. Replace the HEPA and Active Carbon filters as recommended in the manual, typically every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

How do I empty the water tank?

When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating, and an indicator light will illuminate. Remove the tank, empty it, and re-insert it into the unit. Alternatively, use a drainage hose for continuous operation.

Can I use this dehumidifier in a cold environment?

The CD20LE operates optimally in temperatures between 5-35 degrees Celsius. Performance may decrease in colder environments.

What is the sleep mode?

Sleep mode reduces the fan speed and dims the display lights for quieter operation, suitable for use in bedrooms during sleep.

How does the laundry mode work?

The laundry mode increases the fan speed, optimizing airflow to dry clothes efficiently. It also operates at a lower humidity setting to extract moisture from the laundry more quickly.

Where can I buy replacement filters?

Replacement filters can be purchased from the manufacturer's website or authorized retailers.

What is the warranty period?

The CD20LE comes with a standard warranty, usually covering parts and labor for a specified period. Please refer to your product documentation for the exact warranty terms.

Troubleshooting

Dehumidifier not turning on.

Check that the unit is plugged in correctly and the power outlet is working. Also, ensure the water tank is correctly inserted and not full.

Poor dehumidifying performance.

Ensure the air filters are clean and not blocked. Check for obstructions to airflow and ensure the room is not excessively ventilated.

Unit is noisy.

Check if the unit is placed on a level surface. Ensure that the fan blades are not obstructed, and the filters are correctly installed. Reduce the fan speed.

The unit is displaying an error code.

Consult the user manual for specific error code meanings. Often, it indicates an issue with the water tank, filters, or internal components. Contact customer support if needed.
